• Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?

  Message us with your order number before it ships and we will update the address or cancel and refund. Custom headlights start quickly, so contact us straight away.

• Do you ship to New Zealand or overseas?

  Yes. New Zealand globes ship free and headlights are $100 AUD. UK, USA and Canada by quote. Customs charges in your country are not included.

• How long do custom Angel Eye headlights take?

  Custom Angel Eye headlights are built to order: allow approximately 2 weeks before they ship (around 4 weeks for Ford FG), plus 2 to 5 days delivery.

• How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

  Free standard shipping Australia wide in 2 to 5 business days. Express post is $14.95 for globes and small items. Headlights go by courier with signature.

• Is an item out of stock or on back order?

  Back ordered items say so on the product page with an expected date. If a supplier delays your order we email you and offer an alternative or free upgrade.

• My parcel is lost or very late. What happens now?

  If tracking has not moved for 5 business days we chase the carrier, and if the parcel is lost we resend express or refund you in full. You will not be out of pocket.

• Where is my order? How do I track it?

  Your tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships. Check junk mail first, then message us with your order number and we will look it up.
