• How and when will I get my refund?

  Refunds are processed when your return arrives and go back to the same payment method, including Afterpay, Zip and PayPal, usually within 2 to 3 business days.

• How do I make a warranty claim?

  Message us with your order number and a photo or video. For globes and small items, cut the wire and send a clear photo and we ship your replacement without a return.

• What is your returns policy?

  30 day returns on globes and accessories in new, unfitted condition. Wrong type swaps and change of mind go to PO Box 327 Lara VIC 3212. Our error means a free label.

• What warranty do your products have?

  24 month warranty on 2in1 globes, white LED globes, T10 and T20 globes, underglow and accessories. 12 month warranty on custom Angel Eye headlights and fog lights.
