How do I wire the controller box to power?

Every Spectrum controller (2in1 globes, Angel Eye headlights, underglow) has a red positive wire and a black negative wire. Each comes with a fuse add a circuit ("piggyback fuse") fitted with a red 10 amp fuse.

Option 1, fuse box: pull a fuse from the ignition (IGN) or parkers position, put it in the spare slot of our fuse add a circuit, and plug the add a circuit into that position. The fuse box lid has a diagram showing which is which.

Option 2, battery: clamp the metal prongs of the red and black wires straight under the battery terminal nuts. No need to cut the fuse holders off.

The black wire can go to any good chassis earth bolt instead if that is easier.

Holden VE and VF (battery in the boot): use fuse position F37 in the engine bay fuse box for the red wire, and clamp the black wire under the bolt to the left of the fuse box. On some VEs the F6 earth is not actually earthed, so if your lights do not come on move the black wire to the bolt.

Running more than one kit? The fuse add a circuits can piggyback off each other, or you can crimp a couple of wires into one.

If nothing comes on, check the red fuses on the wires first. A blown 10 amp fuse is the most common cause.
